Family with children good choice
The stay was pretty decent overall. The staff was really friendly and helpful, went out of their way to make sure we were taken care of.
It definitely wasn’t inexpensive but you know what, it was still acceptable.

Absolutely love this place!
I've been here a couple of times over the years, and it's still as awesome as ever! The breakfast is a perfect kickstart to the day and the coffee hits the spot. I enjoy the cozy rooms, and the gym is nice for a workout, though it could use some more equipment. The only bummer was the same ol' decor, could use a little refresh.

perfect access to parks and dining options for weekend explorers
my stay was a breeze with all the nearby parks, like the beautiful edith l. Moore nature sanctuary just a short drive away, and the plethora of dining options, including a cozy chili's grill and bar within a 10-minute walk, made me feel right at home amidst my city strolls. it was also super convenient that both check-in and check-out were speedy processes, allowing me to focus on discovering each part of the city without any hassle.

It was just a great match for a flying visit in Houston with good value. The staff were accommodating, making sure I had clean sheets and towels when I requested them. Bring your own snacks if you enjoy late-night bites since the dining options close early.

I loved how the cleaning service was super helpful, and those complimentary water bottles were a nice touch! The indoor pool and jacuzzi were perfect spots to relax after a long day. Just a heads up, the hallway carpets looked a bit worn, but overall, it was a great stay! 😊

missingWrote a review on 21 Aprproductivity rentalproximity diningconvenient locationlimited seating
The hotel offers a unique 'OutPost' rental service for dual monitors and other office essentials, which significantly enhances productivity for business travelers. Its proximity to the Galleria area and a range of dining options nearby makes it a convenient choice for those looking to mix work with leisure.
Several issues cropped up during the stay. The air conditioning in the room struggled to keep the temperature down. There are no vending machines on-site, which is frustrating for someone needing a quick snack or drink. Limited seating by the heated pool and hot tub means that relaxation could quickly turn into a crowded experience. To add to that, the lack of microwaves in the rooms necessitated multiple trips to use a shared one on the floor, so heating up leftovers became a hassle. The bathroom felt cramped, especially for a room designed for two queen beds, limiting comfort even further.
